Apple Cider Glazed Pork Chop

Apple Cider Glazed Pork Chop

Great sauce of protein and fantastic meal! Simple and uncomplicated to prepare it too.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of pork chop
  • 1 potato/turnip (cubed)
  • 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
  • Half cup of apple cider inegar
  • Half cup of thick/ heavy cream
  • A dash of chicken stock

How to cook the pork chops:

  • Marinate the pork chops with garlic salt and set it aside for 10 minutes.
  • On a pan under medium heat, pan fry the pork chops until it’s well done.
  • Set the pork aside and add the cubed potatoes to the pan. Pan fry the potatoes until it’s almost well-done before adding the apple cider vinegar to the pan to deglaze it.
  • When the super sharp vinegar smell is gone, add the thick/ cooking cream and dijon mustard to the pan. Simmer it for about another 10 minutes and add some chick stock to the gravy.
  • Add the pork chops to the pan and leave it in there for about 3 minutes for the meat to soak up the gravy.

Serve it on a plate and make sure to spoon the sauce over the pork chop. Voila!
