Only require a few ingredients and simple steps to prep this dish.
Ingredients:
- 2 serving of udon
- 250 ml of cooking cream
- 1 mentaiko
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of kewpie mayo
- Nori (optional)
Instructions:


- In a pot of boiling water, cook 2 servings of udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain once cooked and set aside.
- In a separate cooking pan, add butter, heavy cream, Kewpie mayo, and mentako. Mix well. Add the cooked udon and toss in the sauce when both udon and sauce are ready.

Plate the udon on a plate or bowl and top with the chopped green onions or some nori!
