Salmon with Garlic Cream Sauce

A healthy and easy meal that’s anything but boring.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of Salmon
  • 150 ml of cooking cream
  • 1 sliced chili
  • 2 minced garlic
  • 2 cubes of butter
  • Garlic salt + chicken stock
  • A splash of lemon juice
  • Chopped parsley leaves.

How to cook Salmon with Garlic Cream Sauce:

How to prepare the fish:

  • Seasoned the salmon with lemon juice and garlic salt – let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  • In a pan with olive oil in medium heat, pan fry the salmon on both sides until the fish is browned. Add a cube of butter halfway through.
  • If the salmon is too thick, place it in an air fryer for 10 minutes at 200°C.

How to prepare the garlic cream sauce:

  • Saute the garlic, chili and parsley leaves with olive oil in medium heat.
  • Add cooking cream with a dash of chicken stock when the garlic is slightly brown.
  • Simmer it until the sauce thickens. Sprinkle some flour if the sauce doesn’t thickens as per the texture you desire.

When the sauce is done, add the salmon back to the pan to cook it for 3 minutes. Plate the salmon and drizzle the sauce on top of the fish.
