Great for any season, simple but nutritious.
Ingredients:
- 3 or 4 different types of tomatoes (1 tomato for each type of tomatoes)
- 1 smashed garlic
- 1 stem of parsley stem
- Parsley leaves
- Prawns (optional)
How to make Passata Pasta:



- Cook pasta to al dente.
- Heat up a large pan with olive oil under medium heat. Add smashed garlic and parsley stem.
- When the garlic is slightly browned, add the tomatoes to the cooking pan and slowly simmer it until the tomatoes soften up and releases tomato gravy.
- Blend the passata sauce in a blender after 6-8 minutes of cooking the tomatoes.
- Pan fry the prawns until it’s well-done and add the passata sauce back into the pan.
- Add the pasta to the pan and stir it well.

Sprinkle some parsley leaf for decorative intention and enjoy the meal!
