Ingredients:
- 1 block of Sashimi graded kingfish (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon of grapefruit juice
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon of the best-quality olive oil in your cabinet
- 1 tablespoon of capers + 1 teaspoon of caper juice
- Dill (optional, for topping)
- Lemon zest (garnish)
How to prepare Grapefruit Kingfish Crudo:


- Using a sharp knife thinly slice the kingfish and plate them according to your preference.
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, grapefruit juice, olive oil, capers, caper juice, salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the fish.

Finish it by garnishing the dish with lemon zest + dill.
