Marinated Olives

Marinated Olives

A simple starter to nibble on or snack to have when you’re craving for olives!

Ingredients:

  • Sicilian olives
  • Olive oil
  • Thyme leave

How to prep marinated olives:

  • In a small pan or pot, add about 10 tablespoon of olive oil and heat it under medium heat.
  • Add thyme leaves (as much as you prefer) to the pot and let it simmer for about 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Pour over the olive oil infused with thyme leaves all over the Sicilian olives.
  • Put your olives in the fridge for at least 5 hours before it’s ready to snack on.
