Zeitaku-don, translates to luxurious rice bowl. Filled with healthy and wonderful seafood, suitable for a lazy Sunday or a Spring weather.
Ingredients:

- Salmon sashimi (diced in cubes)
- Tuna sashimi (diced in cubes)
- Cucumber (diced in cubes)
- Sea urchin (if you can find this)
- Ikura
- Snow crab or can minced crab
Instructions:

- Cooked 2 cups of sushi rice in your rice cooker.
- Diced salmon sashimi, tuna sashimi and cucumber into cubes. Add them to a bowl and the snow crabs together.
- Pour a teaspoon of sesame oil and mix everything well.
- Your rice should be cooked by now after you prepare your sashimi topping. Add a pinch of salt and sugar after mixing rice vinegar in your cooked rice.

When done, place the rice in a bowl and add the sashimi toppings on top of your rice. Sprinkle Ikura after you place your topping on the rice.
