Filling but healthy meal – suitable for your lunch break if you want a simple lunch!
Ingredients:

- 250g of freshly cooked White Rice (I prefer buying Japanese rice)
- Chopped small Green/ Spring Onion (Up to your preferences how much you’d like to add in green/ spring onions)
- A handful of Dried Bonito
- 1 tablespoon of White Sesame Seed
- 1 Bag of Korean Seaweed
- Some Furikake (you can buy this in any asian grocer)
- 2 teaspoon of Sesame Oil
- Japanese Nori for Sushi
How to make Onigiri:

- Add your freshly cooked rice to a big bowl. Add Bonito, Furikake, Korean Seaweed, White Sesame Seed, chopped Spring Onion and Sesame Oil to the bowl and mix it well.

- Wet your hands with water and rub together – this prevents the rice sticking to your hands and helps keep it fresher for longer.
- Take up one portion of rice in your hands, then use two fingers from your other hand to create an upside-down v-shape and press it into the rice cupped hand.

Once you’re done, place a slice of nori on the bottom of the onigiri. You can also be creative on how you’d like to place the nori to your onigiri. Sometimes I’d like to slap one nori on each side of my onigiri – be creative!
