Suitable for all seasons (be it winter or summer) and it’s an easy dish to make at home or to feed your friends!
What do you need:

- 250g Rigatoni
- 2 cloves of minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon of Butter
- 1/2 cup of White Wine (or less if you prefer less wine taste)
- 100ml Heavy/Thick Cream
- 100g Gorgonzola Dolce
- Zest and juice of 1/4 of a lemon
- Thyme
How to make this in 20 minutes:
- Add rigatoni to a pot of boiling water – put some olive oil and salt to your water.
- Add minced garlic to pan of olive oil and butter on medium and sautee for a minute.


- Pour 1/2 cup of white wine to your pan and simmer to remove the alcohol.
- Add your thick/heavy cream and Gorgonzola Dolce to the pan.
- Once the gorgonzola dolce’s melted, add your cooked rigatoni to the pan and add a zest of lemon.

Sprinkle thyme leaves to your pasta and your creamy Gorgonzola Rigatoni is ready to be inhaled!
