Quick 5-minute healthy smoothie for a hot and toast summer —Vietnamese Avo Smoothie
What you need:
- Blender (that crushes ice cubes)
- 1 medium Haas avocado
- 5 to 6 ice cubes
- 125 ml of full cream/lite milk
- 60 ml of condensed milk
Instructions:

- In your blender, add in your avocado, ice cubes, milk, and condensed milk

Consistency should be super smooth and thick!

When you think the consistency meets your expectation, pour the avocado smoothie into a glass/smoothie tumbler and enjoy it!
