Light and gorgeous healthy soup that is suitable for all seasons. You can serve it as a starter, but you can also have it as a main if you’re not too hungry.
Ingredients

- Dashi
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon of cooking sake
- 1 Teaspoon of Japanese Soy Sauce
- 2 Crabstick
- Parsley



- In the pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer over medium heat (To get instructions on how to make homemade chicken broth, click on the link)
- Add some salt, some dashi, 1 tablespoon of cooking sake and 1 teaspoon of salt
- Then slowly add 2 beaten eggs to your homemade chicken broth
- Whisk the eggs until frothy and spoon gently
- Add your chopped crab sticks into the soup
- Cook it for 2 minutes

When you’re done, place the soup into your favourite soup bowl and garnished it with some parsley!
