Quick and easy 15 minutes spicy minced meat with tofu
Ingredients:

- Spring Onion
- Tofu
- Mapo tofu sauce (you can get from the Asian grocery stores, click on the link if you need an example)
- 400 grams of Minced meat (beef, pork or chicken works, I’m using pork this time)
Instructions:

- Add a teaspoon of normal cooking oil into the cooking pan that’s on medium heat, then add your packet of Maps tofu sauce
- Add half cup of water after adding the sauce, then add in your minced meat (chicken, beef or pork)

- Chopped your tofu into tiny blocks while the meat is cooking
- Add in the tofu then stir it around for the next 5 to 8 minutes

Once everything’s well done, sprinkle some spring onion on top!
