Japanese style gyoza (dumpling) always goes well with an Asahi beer on Friday night after a dreadful week of work!
Ingredients:

- Pork or Prawn Gyoza from Asian grocery stores
- Olive oil
- Potato Start
- Gyoza Sauce
- Japanese spicy sauce
Directions:

- Oil the pan with olive oil on a medium heat fire
- Place your gyoza in your pan
- Lower the heat to a small heat and let it sit there for 6 minutes
- Make sure to check it from time to time, ensuring it’s not burnt

- Mix 2 teaspoon of potato starch into a small boil of hot water. Mix it well.
- Pour the potato starch mixture into the pan while lowering the heat.
- Put a lid on top of your Gyoza for the next 8 minutes.
- Slowly put a plate above the gyoza and flip your pan upside down, slowly placing the gyoza on top of your plate.

When you’re ready to eat them, mix the gyoza sauce and spicy sauce in a sauce pan so you can dip your gyoza into the gyoza sauce!
