When you crave for some seafood, shrimp scampi is a way to go. You can have it with rice or just have it by itself as a meal.
Ingredients:
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Chilli Flakes
- Paprika
- Shrimps (400 grams)
- 3 cloves of minced Garlic
- 2 Tablespoon of White Wine
- Basil Leaf

Instructions:



- Heat up your cooking pan in medium heat before adding olive oil.
- Place your shrimps into the cooking pan in medium heat and pan fry it till the shrimps are slightly cooked.
- Add in butter while the shrimps are cooking.
- Then add in 3 cloves of minced garlics, continue to pan fry it.
- When the shrimps are nearing to well-done, add in paprika power (one tablespoon), chilli flakes, and one table spoon of wine wine
- Continue to pan fry the shrimps together with all the mixtures till they’re well-done
- Sprinkle some basil leaf as you’re about remove the shrimps from the pan.

Sprinkle some more basil leaf on your shrimps as you plate them on a plate or scoop them into a bowl for more colour. You can have the shrimp scampi as itself as a meal, or have it with some white rice and soup.
