Be it summer or winter, red sauce pasta will always be a hearty meal when you crave for it.

Ingredients:
- Butter and garlic butter
- Salt and pepper
- Napoletana pasta sauce (get it from the Italian grocery store)
- Prawn (300 grams)
- Clams (200 grams)
- Pasta (any type, whichever you prefer, make sure to boil your pasta up to 10 minutes while you prep your ingredients)
- Chili flakes (if you need some extra spice)
- Olive oil
- Half of an Onion (chopped)
- Basil leaf
Instructions:

- Add in olive oil, butter, and garlic butter to the pan, heat it up in medium heat, then add in 200 gram of fresh clams
- Once the fresh clams started to open up upon cooking them, add in some white wine (you can technically leave this step out if you’re not a fan of white wine or if you want to make this dish halal)
- When all the clams have opened up their shells, add in half of chopped brown onion into the pan

- When the added brown onion is slightly done, add in the de-shell prawns (but leave the tails alone) into the pan and continue to stir fry all seafood
- Add in some chilli flakes, salt, and pepper to add in some taste
- Add in the Napoletana sauce into the pan when all seafood are almost well-done
- Right before the sauce starts to boil, add in your cooked pasta

And there you go. Seafood Napoletana Pasta. Goes well with a glass of white wine during summer, but maybe a glass of red wine during winter.
