
Chilli prawn paste — A good spicy seafood-is tasting dish if you like seafood and chilli.
Ingredients:

- Pasta
- Button mushroom
- Lemon, Butter (salted), 4 cloves of chopped garlic, parsley, 2 red chilli
- Prawn (remove the shells)
How to cook the pasta:
- Boil a pot of water up to a boiling point while adding in salt and olive oil
- Add in the amount of pasta you wish to consume into the pot for 10 minutes (make sure you stir once per 2 minutes ensuring it doesn’t burn the sides
- Drain the pasta and place it in a bowl
How to cook the prawns:


- Heat the pan with olive oil and a chunk of butter (depending how much butter you want)
- Add in the chopped garlics (4 cloves) and fry it till it’s slightly golden brown


- Add in the white button mushroom then prawns into the pan while slowly add in the chopped chilli (2)
- Once the prawn is cooked (usually takes 3-4 minutes), add in your cooked spaghetti into the pan and fry it for the next 2 minutes

Once you’re done, place your pasta on a plate or bowl. Sprinkle some chopped parsley to add in some colour
