Steak salad bowl — One of my fav dishes to make during summer. It’s light and it’s suitable to have it for lunch/dinner
Ingredients:

- 1/2 bag of mixed leaf rocket salad
- 1-2 strains of rosemary
- Olives
- Lemon/lime juice
- Butter
- Porterhouse/T-Bone steak
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 tomato
- Olive oil
- Mayonaise
- 1 clove of garlic
How to prep & cook the steak:

- Salt the steak with salt and leave it out for 10 minutes

- Oil the pan with olive oil & butter
- Add in one clove of garlic and 2 strains of rosemary
- Pan-fry the steak 3 minutes each side (for medium rare recipe)


- You can either serve the steak by itself or slice it up and put in your bowl of salad
How to prep the salad:

- Chop and dice 1/2 of red onion & 1 tomato into cubes
- Place the chopped tomato & red onion in a bowl


- Add 1 tbs of mayonnaise, lime juice/lemon juice, & olive oil into the bowl after adding the mixed rocket leaf & olives into a bowl and mix it up evenly
- Mix all the ingredients &salad dressing evenly

Finally, place the steak pieces that you’ve sliced up on top of your salad bowl
