Teriyaki Salmon — it’s always a to-go main dish that goes well with some rice and miso soup. Suitable for all occasions, be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Ingredients:
- 2 Salmon Fillet
- 1 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp of Mirin
- 1 Tbsp of Cooking Sake
- Olive oil
Instructions:

- Combine soy sauce, mirin, and cooking sake in a ziplock bag, then marinade the salmon fillets overnight (or a minimum of 2 hours)

- Heat 2 tbsp oil on a non-stick pan over medium heat. Then, cook eat side for 3 to 4 minutes until crispy.
- Make sure you cook the skin till it’s crispy (it’s the best part of the Salmon)

Once it’s done, arrange your salmon on your plate/lunchbox according to your preference and enjoy your meal.
