Great way to manage leftover rice in a delicious manner.
Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp of Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp of Butter
- 2 Tbsp of Olive oil
- 1 Egg
- 2 cups of rice to be cooked a day before
- 2 Minced/Chopped garlic
- Salt & White pepper
Directions:
- Cook the rice a day before the day you want to make garlic fried rice.
- Place the cooked rice in the fridge.
- With medium heat, deep fry the egg (crack and whisk the egg before frying your egg). Make sure the deep-fried egg is slightly runny.
- Melt the butter with the olive oil on the cooking pan and fry the minced garlic until they turn golden brown.
- Remove the garlic if you’re not comfortable having bits of garlic in your fried rice
- Add in the rice and slowly mix in a tablespoon of soy sauce.
- Sprinkle some salt and white pepper, and add in some corn if you wish to add in some color to the garlic fried rice.
- Finally, add in your slightly runny fried egg into the pan and cook them together.

Goes well with any sides or mains and feel free too add spring onion as topping!
